On-line Registration and Hotel Reservation Form

Note ご注意：

  1. 1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
    お支払は日本円のみお引受けいたします。
  2. 2) On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
    当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限り事前登録をお願いします。
  3. 3) Students have to provide official student documentation or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to yokohama_office2@nta.co.jp or by FAX to +81-45-651-0072 along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
    学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールもしくはFAXでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。
  4. 4) The reservation deadline is 31th October.
    宿泊予約締切は10月31日です。
