Participation fee includes one presentation, admission for presentation rooms, refreshment breaks and lunch on Tuesday through Friday and one banquet ticket.
Attention：
Presenting author must pay registration fee before the deadline of the advance registration of April 05, 2019, otherwise the paper will be automatically withdrawn.
Additional tickets for accompanying persons
Accompanying persons won’t allow to attend any Technical Programs.
Banquet, Lunches, and Waling Tour are available with the following rate for accompanying persons.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Request for cancellation must be made in writing to Secretariat of BNBS-Ⅲ.
- Before the deadline of the Standard registration of May 20, 2019, the handling fee of 20,000JPY will be charged for each participant.
- After the deadline of the Standard registration of May 20, 2019, no refund will be made and BNBS-Ⅲ conference documents will be shipped after the BNBS-Ⅲ Conference.
VISA Information
Please be careful of visa requirement for travel to Japan under participants own responsibility.
As of July 2017, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 68 countries and regions.

Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, and you are required to obtain visas to enter Japan, please contact BNBS-Ⅲ Secretariat (bnbs3@nta.co.jp) before April 30, 2019.
In this case, more than one month are required for visa acquisition.
Please note that your registration payment should be completed before you request.

Participants who paid the registration fee are received the visa invitation documents for free, however accompanying persons will be charged JPY 10,000 for visa invitation documents.

Please download and fill-in a form of VISA Questionnaire & Schedule of Stay below, then submit the filled form to BNBS-Ⅲ Secretariat (bnbs3@nta.co.jp) as soon as possible. Each person should submit their form separately.
