※Registration fee includes application fee for Japan Society of Nucleic Acids Chemistry (JSNAC).
参加費には日本核酸化学会年会費（正会員5,000円、学生会員1,000円）を含みます。
※ Identification is required for student registration. 学生参加者は学生証提示が必要です。
※ Recommended students (by professors who will apply to JSNAC) are exempt from paying annual fee.
指導教員（入会予定）の推薦を受けた学生の年会費は無料となります。

Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Diners Club) is available for participants from overseas via this website.
お支払はクレジットカード決済、銀行振込、コンビニ決済でお願いします。海外からの参加者についてはクレジットカードのみでのご利用となります。
Cancellation Policy for Registration / 参加取消について
Until October 8, 2018: 1,000 JPY for administration costs will be deducted from a 100% refund.
Until October 15, 2018
2018年10月8日まで：運営利用費1,000円を差し引いて、全額ご返金致します。
2018年10月15日まで
From October 9, 2018: No refunds will be available.
From October 16, 2018
2018年10月9日以降は、全額キャンセル料がかかります。

How to Register / 登録の手順
Note ご注意：
- 1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
お支払は日本円のみお引受けいたします。 - 2) On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限り事前登録をお願いします。 - 3) Students have to provide official student documentation or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to yokohama_office6@nta.co.jp or by FAX to +81-45-651-0072 along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールもしくはFAXでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。
On-site Registration 当日参加登録
You can register and make a payment by cash at the Symposium Registration Desk.
当日登録でのお支払は現金のみの取扱となります。
