Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by e-mail on or before October 31 (Mon), 2016 to the Secretariat, Nippon Travel Agency. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After October 31 (Mon), 2016, no refund will be made for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the Meeting.
Payment Method
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club are accepted.
※Onsite registration payment must be made in Japanese yen by cash.
