On-demand Presentation Preparation

1. Data Submission Period and Method

(1) Submission period

December 21, 2022 (Wednesday) - January 18, 2023 (Wednesday)

(2) Submission method

  1. ➀  Data will be submitted and made available through the UMIN system.
  2. ②  Upload your presentation data from the below link using the
    login ID (Abstract Registration Number) and password
    you used for abstract submission.

  3. ③  You can modify or replace the submitted PDF file before the deadline.
    In such a case, please repeat the above procedure.
    However, uploaded data cannot be "withdrawn.

2. Viewing and Q&A

Viewing and Q&A sessions will be conducted using the "Bulletin Board" on the on-demand site.
Comments can be entered during the open period.
Presenters are encouraged to respond to questions and comments to the extent possible.

3. Preparation of Presentation Data

(1) Oral presentations

Presentation format

The presentation video will be posted on the on-demand site, and participants will be able to view it. The presentation time is 5 minutes.

How to make a video of your presentation

Please save and submit your presentation video in the following format.
File format: mp4
Maximum file size: 500MB
Recommended file size: 16:9
There is no limit to the number of slides, but 10-15 slides are recommended.
Unless the video of the presenter's face is included in the zoom, please have a picture of the presenter's face on the cover slide if you do not mind.

Notes

The file name should be "abstract number_name" (e.g., OD-O123_ John Smith).
Please do not password the file.
Submitted videos will be distributed without any editing. Substitutions or changes after the submission deadline are not allowed.
Submitted data will be considered as permission to publish on the conference website. Please be careful not to publish data that is inappropriate for publication.

(2) Poster Presentation

Presentation format

Posters will be posted on the on-demand website of the conference for participants to view. There will be no oral presentations.

How to prepare poster data

You are requested to submit poster data equivalent to A0 size (84.1 cm (W) x 118.9 cm (H)) in portrait orientation.
File format : pdf
File size limit : 10 MB / 1 file
Please refer to the poster template below (we are sorry to provide only Japanese PowerPoint).
(You may create your poster without using the template, but please adhere to the above size requirements.)
