Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Center for Frontier Medical Engineering, Chiba University, I deeply appreciate it for having the opportunity to welcome you all to 2019 International Symposium on Info Comm and Mechatronics Technology in Bio-Medical and Healthcare Application (IS 3T-in-3A) held between November 11 and 14 at Nishi-Chiba Campus of Chiba University. The symposium is in its 9th edition following successful organization in Lijiang, China (2010), Chiba, Japan (2012), Taoyuan, Taiwan (2013), Shanghai, China (2014), Chiba, Japan (2015), Singapore (2016), Nanjing, China (2017), and Taoyuan, Taiwan (2018). The symposium is expected to stimulate research outcomes from several tightly related fields. In addition, I would like to expect significant results from our young students in every fields and encourage them to develop further research collaborations.
Chiba city locates at the midway between Narita International Airport and center of Tokyo, and transportation is convenient with several railway routes. All the staffs in Chiba University are ready to serve you to have memorable stay and keenly wish the symposium to be so fruitful.
