By Bus

From Narita Airport, the easiest way to get the conference site is take the Airport Bus to Sakado Station (approx. 140 to 175 minutes, JPY3600). From Sakado Station please take a train of Tobu-Tojo Line to Takasaka Station about 5 min, JPY200).
Company shuttle bus will be operated from Takasaka Station to the conference site (Hitachi Hatoyama). It takes about 15min.

By Train

From Narita Airport, the fastest way to get to the conference site is to take the "Skyliner"　Keisei line train to Nippori Station, then change the train (Yamanote line) to Ikebukuro Station.
From Ikebukuro Station, please take an express train of Tobu-Tojo Line to Takasaka Station about 50min, JPY 650). Company shuttle bus will be operated from Takasaka Station to the conference site (Hitachi Hatoyama). It takes about 15min.

There are various options: the "Skyliner" is the fastest and most expensive (about 40 min, JPY 2470 to Nippori station), the "Keisei Main line" trains slowest and least expensive (about 80 min, JPY 1030), and the "Access Express line" somewhere in between.
Alternatively, you can take the Narita Express train to Tokyo Station (about 60 minutes, JPY 3220).

Narita Airport >> Sakado Station

From Narita Airport, the easiest way to get the Hotel Shiunkaku is take the Airport Bus to Sakado Station (approx. 140 to 175 minutes, JPY3600). From Sakado Station please take a train of Tobu-Tojo Line to Higashi-Matsuyama Station about 10 min, JPY200).
Ten-minute walk from Higashi-Matsuyama station west exit.

By Train

From Ikebukuro Station, please take an express train of Tobu-Tojo Line to Takasaka Station about 55min, JPY 650). Company shuttle bus will be operated from Takasaka Station to the conference site (Hitachi Hatoyama). It takes about 15min.
