Paper author must complete the conference registration before August 14th 2014 or otherwise the paper will not be included into the proceedings.

Spouse/Guest fee

  • Fee of JPY 5,000 costs for Spouse/Guest who wishes to attend the Welcome Party.
  • Fee of JPY 7,500 costs for Spouse/Guest who wishes to attend the Meeting Dinner.

Cancellation Policy

  • The registration fee will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee and only for cancellations received in writing to the secretariat before August 14th, 2014.
  • The registration fee will not be refunded for cancellation after August 15th, 2014.
    But the replacement of participant will be accepted. Please inform the secretariat of the substitute.
