Visa Information
Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to enter Japan. Please visit Embassy of Japan for additional details and entry requirements. If you require a letter of support to accompany your visa application, please submit this request with below information to bunkaicc@bunka.ac.jp no later than November 25th, 2013.

- Name
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Birth date
- Gender
- Occupation (including institution name and title)
- Address in Japan / hotel name
- Mailing address and phone number
- Passport copy (scanned file)
