Notice to Online Attendees
The sessions in the Room A (Concert Hall) on February 2-3 will be live-streamed including the Japan Korea Taiwan Joint Symposium (10：10〜11：40 AM, February 3rd). However, the Pipe Organ Concert and the General Assembly are only available at the on-site venue.
All other local sessions (with a few exceptions) will be available including the English session on demand.
Those who have completed registration and payment can view the special website from the "Registration" and "Information on the Day" (https://va.apollon.nta.co.jp/jea2023_registration/joho?MODE=top&language=1) links on the Annual Meeting website.

At this Annual Meeting, there will be no blanket prohibition of photography, such as recording the atmosphere of the conference venue. However, if you, as a participant, wish to use the photographs later for more than personal use, such as to spread the content of presentations, please obtain permission from the presenters. If you, as a presenter, wish to prohibit taking photographs of your presentation, please indicate this clearly at the time of your presentation. Only certain materials may be prohibited. Audio or video recording of presentations is prohibited, except by officials and people with presenters' permission.
