Regarding the current situation of coronavirus in Japan, the conference organizers and the JEA board members discussed it, then we are going to hold the meeting as planned. However, some sessions have been canceled.
We sincerely ask for all participants’ understanding and cooperation to prevent the spread, by washing your hands and “coughing manners” including wearing a mask. We do not prepare any mask for participants due to the understocking, so please bring masks by yourselves if you need them.
If you have any symptoms such as fever, coughing, or chance to meet some infected patients in these 14 days, please be refrain from attending the meeting. Thank you for your understanding.

Travel Grants
The travel grants are available to support students/early-career researchers and JEA non-Japanese members living outside of Japan who wish to attend the 30th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japan Epidemiological Association as an oral presenter.
