Registration Period: From Monday, September 1, 2025, at noon to Saturday, February 28, 2026, at noon.
1．How to register
Please download the registration form, fill in the necessary details, and send it as an email
( E-mail : jsoo44@nta.co.jp )attachment to the administration office.
We will input on your behalf into the system at the administration office and get back to you.
2．Registration Fee
Doctors and Dentists：15,000 JPY
Company Employees；15,000 JPY
Graduate and International Students：7,000JPY
Students *1：Free of Charge
Medical Staff：4,000JPY
*1 Students must present their student ID when registering.
3．Social gathering
Date and time: Thursday, January 22, 2026, 6:30 p.m. (scheduled start time)

4．Educational Training Course
(Video-on-Demand only, Japanese only)
Registration Fee：5,000 JPY
5. Payment
You can use a credit card (payment will be settled in Japanese yen).
