About Declaration of Conflict of Interest (COI) for Presenters

  • Regardless of whether they do or do not have a COI, all presenters are requested to send the COI Declaration Form to the secretariat at jspf60@nta.co.jp

  • Concerning clinical and dental hygienist poster presentations, reports on a single case that is within the normal scope of periodontal care are not subject to ethical review. However, poster presenters must upload a COI Declaration Form if the content falls under either of the following, regardless of whether or not the poster presents only one case:
    1. A report on a case that was conducted with medical supplies from a commercial entity as a trial case (under the approval of the Institutional Review Board).
    2. A report on a case which received government-approved medical supplies free of charge.
  • For poster presentations, please declare COI at the end of the poster.

Selection and Notification

All final placements into sessions will be determined by the organizing committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results and detailed information for their presentation.
