Call for Abstracts from overseas
We are now accepting the submission of abstracts for the 64th Spring Meeting of the Japanese Society of Periodontology (JSP).
In lieu of the physical Meeting, it has been decided to convene WEB Conference during a limited period from May 21- June 22, 2021.

Fill out the form and submit it by email to the secretariat (jsps64@nta.co.jp) as an attached file.
Note: This form is only for invited speakers and applicants affiliated in Japanese Universities or Dental Schools.

About Declaration of Conflict of Interest (COI) for Presenters
- About Conflict of Interest (COI)
- Regardless of whether they do or do not have a COI, all presenters are requested to send the COI Declaration Form to the secretariat at jsps64@nta.co.jp
COI Declaration Form - Concerning clinical and dental hygienist poster presentations, reports on a single case that is within the normal scope of periodontal care are not subject to ethical review. However, poster presenters must upload a COI Declaration Form if the content falls under either of the following, regardless of whether or not the poster presents only one case:
- A report on a case that was conducted with medical supplies from a commercial entity as a trial case (under the approval of the Institution’s Review Board).
- A report on a case which received government-approved medical supplies free of charge.
- Conflict of Interest (COI) is requested to be disclosed on the second slide of the presentation, following the title/author slide.
- For poster presentations, please declare COI at the end of the poster.

Selection and Notification
All final placements into sessions will be determined by the organizing committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results and detailed information for their presentation.
