About Declaration of Conflict of Interest (COI) for Presenters

  • Regardless of whether they do or do not have a COI, all presenters including co-authors are requested to send the COI Declaration Form to the secretariat at jsps69@nta.co.jp

    COI Forms Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration form for presenters (all presenters) at a scientific meeting
  • Concerning clinical and dental hygienist poster presentations, reports on a single case that is within the normal scope of periodontal care are not subject to ethical review. However, poster presenters must upload a COI Declaration Form if the content falls under either of the following, regardless of whether or not the poster presents only one case:
    • A report on a case that was conducted with medical supplies from a commercial entity as a trial case (under the approval of the Institution’s Review Board).
    • A report on a case which received government-approved medical supplies free of charge.
  • Conflict of Interest (COI) is requested to be disclosed on the second slide of the presentation, following the title/author slide.

  • For poster presentations, please declare COI at the end of the poster.

  • Selection and Notification

    All final placements into sessions will be determined by the organizing committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results and detailed information for their presentation.
