*1. Only student members of the Japanese Society for Virology are eligible. Students who do not belong to the Japanese Society for Virology are “Non-JSV members”.

※ The JSV membership number is required for registration.
Please put “007-999-9999” if you are in the process of joining the JSV membership.

Abstract Submission

In the process of your abstract submission, you are required to enter your Pre-registration ID.
Please complete the Pre-registration and the payment by ednesday, August 16 (Tue), 2021.

Online Presentation Search System

The 68th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Virology will offer an official JSV meeting application, which will allow participants to look up presentations and manage their own schedules.
The JSV meeting app will be available on iOS, Android as well as on the internet.

 

* The ID and the password for using Online Presentation Search System will be sent to your registered e-mail address prior to the meeting.

*We will not prepare an abstract book, but a program book will be provided to participants.

Payment Method

Payment of the pre-registration fee should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
No refunds will be made after you complete your registration and payment.

• Handling fees for bank transfer should be covered by the remitter.
• Registration will not be completed without payment. Your registration will be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by deadline.

Name Badge and Online Presentation Search System

• [Resident in Japan]
  Your name badge ,which Includes an Online Presentation Search System ID/PW (only those who paid for it) ,will be sent to the registered mailing address before the meeting. Please bring them to the meeting.
• [Non-resident in Japan]
  Your name badge (only those who paid for it) will be given at the meeting venue. Please come to the registration desk with your registration ID.
  An Online Presentation Search System ID/PW (only those who paid for it) will be sent to the registered e-mail address before the meeting.
• Name badges issued at the registration desk must be worn for admittance to all sessions. Name budges will not be re-issued.

You are recommended to make a reservation early on your own. Hotels around the meeting venue will be crowded.
