'Practical workshop' program on March 14th has been fully booked and closed for new application.
All participants whom have agreed to the GUIDELINES
The seating capacity is about 160 people for the venue of Practical workshop.

Note
- Cancellation Policy
Before January 1st 2019 …… 100% refund of the registration fee.
Before January 31st 2019 …… 50% refund of the registration fee.
After February 1st 2019 ….. No registration fee will be refunded. - The registration of conference participation, Opening Party, Welcome dinner and Gala Dinner will be cancelled if the registration fee left unpaid by the closing date of payment.
- Registration fee payment methods
Registration fee can be paid by online credit card settlement, sending the duly filled credit card payment form by fax to +81-3-3437-3944 or as an email attachment to isiclr_reg2019@nta.co.jp.
If you wish to pay the registration fee by bank remittance, please contact us at isiclr_reg2019@nta.co.jp for bank account information. - To receive your name tag and other conference documents, please drop by the registration desk at the conference venue.
- Proceeding
You will receive a password to download the proceeding through the conference home page in early February if you completed the pre-registration before the deadline.
Published proceeding will be available on demand and it cost JPY 5,000 per book. - Participants' Personal Information Protection Policy
Personal information obtained from customers shall be limited to contacting participants of this conference only.
We will take preventive measures and corrective measures against any unauthorized access to Customers' personal information, leakage, loss, or malicious destruction of data.
