Payment / 参加費のお支払
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Diners Club) is available for participants from overseas via this website.
お支払はクレジットカード決済、銀行振込、コンビニ決済でお願いします。海外からの参加者についてはクレジットカードのみでのご利用となります。
Cancellation Policy for Registration / 参加取消について
- Until October 15, 2013: 1,000 JPY for administration costs will be deducted from a 100% refund.
2013年10月15日まで：運営利用費1,000円を差し引いて、全額ご返金致します。 - From October 16, 2013:No refunds will be available.
10月16日以降は、全額キャンセル料がかかります。
How to Register / 登録の手順
Note ご注意：
- 1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
お支払は日本円のみお引受けいたします。 - 2) On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限り事前登録をお願いします。 - 3) Students have to provide official student documentation or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to yokohama_office4@nta.co.jp or by FAX to +81-45-651-0072 along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールもしくはFAXでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。
On-site Registration / 当日参加登録
You can register and make a payment by cash at the Symposium Registration Desk.
On-site registration will be available from 8:30 on November 13（Wed.）, 2013 to 15:00 on November 15（Fri.）,2013.
当日登録でのお支払は現金のみの取扱となります。
