Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

The duration of oral presentation is in general 20 minutes (including the discussion time) regardless of the status (invited or contributed). Please leave at least 5 minutes for discussion.
The duration of oral presentation by a student is 15 minutes (including the discussion time). Please leave at least 3 minutes for discussion.

Poster Presentation

Each poster-board surface area will be 120cm wide x 180cm high. In addition to the board, a sign indicating your poster number and push-pins will be provided.
Please stick your poster on the relevant wall from the first day of the conference, so that you can have discussion on your research with other participants every day, in particular in every lunch time, in addition to the poster session hour specially made in the afternoon of Thursday.
