Visa Information and Invitation Request
Prior to requesting an invitation letter, your registration and payment should be completed. Once you completed them, please download and fill out a separate VISA Questionnaire form and a Schedule of Stay form from below and send them to the conference secretariat at iame2017@nta.co.jp .
Please note that while the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for making the application for a visa by the person to whom the invitation letter is addressed, and directly to the appropriate Japanese Embassy. We will not apply for a visa on your behalf.
