For the plenary and invited talks
It is advised that each speaker bring his/her own notebook computer and use it for his/her presentation.
A LCD projector with standard VGA connector (DE-15/HD-15) is available for the presentation.
Each speaker is strongly encouraged to confirm the successful connection to the LCD projector before the session. If there is a trouble in connection, please ask a conference staff.
It is also advised that each speaker bring a USB flash drive keeping his/her powerpoint or PDF file.
The drive will be used with a backup computer prepared by the conference staff, in case of a connection trouble between the speaker's computer and the projector at the conference site.
Each plenary talk is allotted 45 min including 5-min discussion.
Each invited talk is given 30 min including 5-min discussion.
For the poster presentation
Each poster board is 90 cm in width and 210 cm in height.
The presentation number is displayed at the top left and occupies about 20 cm x 20 cm.
The push-pins and the presentation number are prepared by the conference staff.
Posters with an ID starting with "1P" can be placed in the poster room from 9:00 to 16:00 of Nov 18.
Posters with an ID starting with "2P" can be placed in the poster room from 9:00 to 16:00 of Nov 19.
Posters with an ID starting with "3P" can be placed in the poster room from 9:00 to 16:00 of Nov 20.
