Important dates
Abstract submission:July 17th, 2015→ extended to August 17th, 2015- Acceptance notification: July 30th, 2015

In order for your abstract to be included in the conference proceedings, registration must be paid prior to or on September 30th, 2015.
If you register late, your paper will NOT appear in the conference program and the proceedings.
Abstract Format
Abstracts should be written in English (Font: Times New Roman in 12 point size). The text body should be approximately 200 to 300 words. Figures and tables are not allowed. The International System of Units is required for all units of measurement. Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent via email to the presenting author by the end of July.

Registration support for young researchers & students coming from overseas
The conference organizers are pleased to announce that sponsorship has been generously provided by JSPA to fully support the registration fees for up to 12 young researchers (under 35 years old) & students coming from overseas who will hold their presentation at the conference.
Abstracts will be reviewed by organizers, then the registration support will be awarded to 12 young researchers & students. You will be informed about the result by e-mail by July 30th.
