ISTP-24 has two conference places, the one is "ANA Crown Plaza Ube" (for welcome reception on Nov. 1st, plenary lecture in the morning of Nov. 2nd and banquet on Nov. 3rd), and the another is "Tokyo University of Science-Yamaguchi, TUSY" (for the other sessions). Participants will be taken to TUSY from ANA Crown Plaza Ube and International Hotel Ube every day by a free shuttle bus (see time table). It takes about 10-15 minutes from ANA Crown Plaza Ube to TUSY. In that sense, All the participants can directly arrive and stay at the above-mentioned hotels or the neighboring hotels directly unless the participants want to go to TUSY directly.
History of Tokyo University of Science-Yamaguchi
Tokyo University of Science, TUS, was established by 21 young scientists who graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1881. It is the oldest private university of science and technology in Japan. Tokyo University of Science-Yamaguchi is one of the group universities of TUS and located in Sanyo-Onoda city in Yamaguchi.
Those who want to directly go to TUSY can arrive at Suzumeda station (雀田駅) at first.
Then, it takes almost 5 minutes to get to TUSY by walk.
