Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please carefully read the following submission guidelines prior to submitting an abstract.

＜Submission Guidelines＞

Title	Limited up to 20 words
Body	Limited up to 400 words
Tables, graphs, images and references	Must not be included
Author and co-authors details	Maximum 10 authors Must include First and Family names
Affiliation details	Maximum 10 affiliations Must include department, institution (hospital), country

Presentation Style

1. International Oral Session
   7 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion
   The presentation should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Poster Presentation
3. minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for discussion
   Poster board size: H210cm*W90cm

*Poster presentation will be held as a hybrid style of on-site and E-poster.

Outstanding Poster Presentation Award

20 presentations will receive the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award. The applicant must select “Poster Presentation 2” when submitting.

Acceptance / Rejection of the Abstract

The decision of acceptance or rejection will be made by the organizer. The acceptance will be notified by the end of August, along with the presentation style (oral or poster). Please note that the organizer will make the final allocation of the accepted abstracts.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)

For full transparency, any commercial affiliation is openly declared and identified at the beginning of every presentation to inform the audience about it.
All presentations with or without COI are required to disclose COI. Please download an example slides to disclose COI from the link below.
