Abstract Submission

Important dates

Final submission deadline: 15th, September 23:59 JST.

(Acceptance notice: 29th, September)

The Review Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation type.
Submitted manuscripts must not have been published elsewhere.
All presentations must be delivered in English.

For Faculty Members and Postgraduate Students

Abstract & Title

The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be written in English. The title should contain no more than 10 words and should be written in capital letters.

Presentation Style

All Oral session will be considered for competition. The oral session will be limited to 40 presentations. Submissions exceeding the limit of 40 presentations will automatically be moved to the poster competition. Presentation slides must be prepared in English. Each oral presentation will consist of 10-minitue presentation followed by a 5-minutes Q&A session.
For the poster session, you can select, Competition / Non-Competition category. Posters must be prepared in English and should be 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
Detail information regarding the poster session will be announced in due course.

Please select one from the six categories.
Technology enhanced learning, Simulation in Dental Education, Assessment in Dental Education, Curriculum design, Community engagement thorough dental education, Teaching and learning pedagogy and methods.

For undergraduate students

The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be written in English. The title should contain no more than 10 words and should be written in capital letters. Presentation instruction follows those above. You can select either “Oral Session” or “Poster Session.” There is no separate category for undergraduate student presentations. Please select “Student presentation” for the category. There will be 3 prizes for Oral and 3 prizes for Poster presentations.
