ガラディナーには申し込めませんので、ご注意ください。大学院生は、「一般」に含まれます。

※東京科学大学の学部学生は学内で手続きするので、このサイトでの参加登録の必要はありません。

Visa Application Support

Upon payment, we will issue the necessary visa support documents.
The deadline for visa support requests is October 1st, 2026.

Applicants are requested to carefully check and determine the timing of their visa application and passport renewal at their own responsibility.

Note: If you only require a standard "Official Invitation Letter" to confirm your participation (and do not need the full visa support document package), this can be issued free of charge. Please contact the secretariat for details.
