Notes:
- Payment deadline is the same as each registration deadline. Unpaid registrations will be automatically cancelled.
- Participants who will not make a presentation onsite but wish to attend the conference are asked to select registration category (Member/Non-member), not Accompanying Person tickets.
- Please note that accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the conference sessions.
Notification (What is included)
The registration fee (Member/Non-member/Student) includes:
- Welcome Reception
- Banquet (Buffet style)
- Coffee break
- Access to all oral sessions and the exhibition area
- Proceedings
For Presenters: Proceedings Submission & Registration
- Prior registration is required for proceedings submission and publication.
- If registration is not confirmed, the submission is excluded from publication and/or the secretariat contact the authors.
- Please keep your Registration ID (reference number) issued after completing registration, as it will be requested during proceedings submission.
Payment Method
- Payment can be made by credit card only.
- If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding payment, please contact the secretariat at topfuel2026@nta.co.jp.
Cancellation Policy
Changes to registration details are generally handled by cancelling and re-registering.
- Until 31 Aug 2026 17:00 (JST): Full refund minus a processing fee.
- After the above deadline: No refund (including no-shows).
Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 days after acceptance; the actual timing depends on card issuers.
Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, network outages, or government travel restrictions.
In case of cancellation of the conference, sharing the proceedings will constitute a completed presentation. Please note that registration fees will not be refunded in principle.
