*1 Student registrants are required to upload a copy of student ID at the Registration.

Standard or On-site Registration is 56,000 Japanese yen

Participation fee includes conference bag, one presentation, admission for presentation rooms, welcome party, refreshment breaks and lunch on Tuesday through Friday and one banquet ticket

Addition of only one presentation is possible by the payment of 15,000 Japanese yen as additional presentation fee.

Presenting author must pay registration fee and additional presentation fee before the deadline of the advance registration of April 28, 2016, otherwise the submitted abstract and proceedings manuscript will be automatically withdrawn.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Request for cancellation must be made in writing to Secretariat of PRICM9.
2. Before the deadline of the advance registration of April 28, 2016, you will get refund of 65,000 Japanese yen for regular participant, 42,000 Japanese yen for student participant with banquet, 32,000 Japanese yen for student participant without banquet and 11,000 Japanese yen for additional presentation fee after the reduction of cancellation cost.
3. After the deadline of the advance registration of April 28, 2016, no refund will be made and PRICM9 conference documents will be shipped after the PRICM9 Conference.
