  2. The final program is planned to be up-dated before the conference within the same session time slot.
  3. High School Poster Session is held as the Satellite Session of PRICM9.

Poster Award

Poster Award for Young Scientist will be presented to the excellent poster submitted by young scientist under the age of 35.
The application for poster award at the abstract submission is required.

Proceedings

1. Proceedings Policy

  1. PRICM9 Proceedings are limited publication and will not be sold after the conference.
    Besides, PRICM9 Proceedings has been assigned no ISBN number and will not be provided for Scientific Citation.
  2. Originality of the manuscript and the transfer of copyright are not required.
  3. Submission of the manuscript is optional.
  4. Page number restriction is 2 to 6 pages for contributed paper.
  5. Proceeding will be provided on-site in DVD.

2. Submission and Payment Deadlines

  1. The submission deadline is March 1, 2016
  2. If you do not pay participation fee by March 1, 2016, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.

3. Person who submits the manuscript

  1. Only the corresponding author can submit the manuscript.
  2. Corresponding author may not be a presenting author.

4. Manuscript Requirements

The following standards are required for the manuscript.

  1. Appropriateness of the paper title and abstract
  2. Interesting and sufficient contents based on highly qualified science and technology
  3. Correctness of the contents
  4. Appropriate description (not containing excessive propaganda on products and technology, slander to the others and so on)
  5. Style of the manuscript which follows the specifications in the template
  6. Readable description in English
