Note: Please be advised that venue reservations for the Gala Dinner are based on an expected attendance of 400 guests. If participants exceed this capacity, seating cannot be guaranteed.

Group Discount Information
We are pleased to offer a 5% discount for groups of 10 or more participants.

Important Notes:
- Group Discount applications are only accepted during the Early Registration period (until September 30).
- The discount applies only to the number of participants registered at the time of application. As a general rule, no additional members can be added after the discount has been applied.
