On-site General Information

Registration desk

  • Location: "General Information" / Registration Desk (Welcome Hall, B1F)
  • Open Hours: November 5 (Thu) : 8:30 – 16:30

    November 6 (Fri) : 8:30 – 16:00

  • Please proceed directly to the General Information Desk upon arrival to collect your speaker name badge and Conference Bag including Abstract Book.

Cloakroom

  • Open Hours: November 5 (Thu) & November 6 (Fri), 8:30 – 17:00
  • Location: Craft Studio (工作実技室), B1F

Prayer Rooms

  • Locations:

    For Men: Meeting Room 2 (第2会議室), B1F

    For Women: Meeting Room 3 (第3会議室), B1F

  • Available Hours:

    November 5 (Thu) : 15:00 – 18:00 (Opened following the conclusion of the luncheon program)

    November 6 (Fri) : 9:00 – 16:30

Lunch Box Distribution

  • Time: 11:30 – 14:00 (Box return closes at 14:00)
  • Location: General Information Desk area (Welcome Hall, B1F)
  • A limited number of Halal-certified lunch boxes will be available.

Note: Please be advised that venue reservations for the Gala Dinner are based on an expected attendance of 400 guests. If participants exceed this capacity, seating cannot be guaranteed.
If you plan to attend the Gala Dinner, we strongly encourage you to register early.

＜Halal-Friendly Information＞
  • Gala Dinner: Please note that while no pork is used in the Gala Dinner menu, Halal certification and dedicated preparation environments are not guaranteed. Please use your own discretion regarding attendance and consumption.
  • Lunch box: A limited number of Halal-friendly boxed lunches will be available. Please note that availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Discount Information

We are pleased to offer group discounts for our participants:

  • 5% discount for groups of 10 or more
  • 7% discount for groups of 20 or more

Important Notes:

  • Group Discount applications are only accepted during the Early Registration period (until September 30).
  • The discount applies only to the number of participants registered at the time of application. As a general rule, no additional members can be added after the discount has been applied.
