Please be careful of visa requirement for travel to Japan under participants own responsibility.
As of July 2017, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 68 countries and regions.

Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, and you are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan, please contact Migration2019 Support Desk (support-migration2019@nta.co.jp).
In this case, more than one month are required for visa acquisition.

Please download and fill-in the form of “MIG＿Questionnaire for Japan Entry Visa“ below, then send your filled form to Migration2019 Support Desk (support-migration2019@nta.co.jp) as soon as possible. Each person should submit their form separately.
