- All participants are subject to register online in advance or on-site at the venue.
- All presenters are required to register for Early Bird registration in order to make a presentation.
- Students are requested to show their Student ID card at the on-site registration desk.
Entitlement
Session participation right by both on-line and hybrid manner, Coffee Breaks at the site during hybrid meeting and Conference kit.
(For virtual participants the conference kit will be sent by home delivery service.)
Payment Methods
After registering through this website, all payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refund after 16 July 2021.
