Please be careful of visa requirement for travel to Japan under participants own responsibility.
As of September 2019, Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with 68 countries and regions.

Once your participation has been accepted as a presenter or an audience, and you are required to obtain visas to enter Japan, please contact CUUTE-1 Secretariat (cuute-1@nta.co.jp).
In this case, more than one month are required for visa acquisition.

Please download and fill-in a form of VISA Questionnaire & Schedule of Stay below, then submit the filled form to CUUTE-1 Secretariat (cuute-1@nta.co.jp) as soon as possible.
Each person should submit their form separately.
Accommodation
CUUTE-1 offers official hotels in downtown NARA with easy access to stations, restaurants, and shops. To the conference venue, it takes approx. 20-30 min. walk, or 10-15 min. bus ride.
CUUTE-1 Registration and Accommodation system will be opened in April, 2021.
Booking Deadline: November 14, 2021.
Rates are per person, per night including breakfast and taxes.
