This conference is a face-to-face meeting. However, some people are unable to participate in person due to high risk for Covid19 or other reasons. Therefore, we decided to allow them to make or listen presentations remotely. Please find the following guideline for Presentation on ICFPM.
Information for Oral Presenters
1. Onsite presentations
Oral presentations can be made using own PC with HDMI input as usual. Presentations and discussion must be finished in 14 min and 4 min.
2. Remote presentations
Oral presentations can be made using Zoom meeting site (Click here to join the session.) Presentations and discussion must be finished in 14 min and 4 min.
All the presentations will be recorded and opened to the participants on the conference website. Please contact us if particular circumstances require.
Information for Poster Presenters
Onsite session
1. Poster Panel
The size of the poster panel is W900 x H1200. Prepare your poster in A0 size (W841 x H1189) portrait style.
2. Set-up/Removal
For onsite poster presenters, set up your poster on the designated poster panel before the session starts (From noon of Monday for P1 and noon of Wednesday for P2 if possible) and remove your poster from the panel before 18:30 on the day of your session. Presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during the session. Posters that have not been removed will be discarded.
For remote poster presenters, please send a A0 size pdf file of your poster. The Conference Secretariat will print it and post it at the onsite poster board for you.
Remote session
- All the poster presenters will upload a A0 size pdf file of your poster in the conference website before 10th Oct. (Mon.) All PDFs will be opened to the participants on the conference website. Please contact us (icfpm_2022@nta.co.jp) if particular circumstances require non-public status.
- The remote session will be held in VR space provided by oVice during 21:00-22:30, 18th Oct. (Tue.) The Conference Secretariat will set all the PDF posters in the VR space. Presenters are encouraged to stand by their VR posters during the session.
