＊Every presenters/participants from overseas are
required to finish registration and payment until 1st Sep.
Also, the organizing committee has decided to allow presenters to make presentation virtually (On-line).
If you wish to make presentation On-line, please contact us so.
In that case, the registration fee will be reduced by ￥15,000 (JPY) and it will be refunded to your account afterwards.
The hard copy of the abstracts will be published on 16th September 2022. Therefore, the conference will not accept withdrawing the abstract and refunding the registration fee after 16th September 2022.
Still, we are expecting many participants to attend on-site.
October in Japan is the best season to visit.
