  • Registration fee includes the membership fee for Japan Society of Nucleic Acids Chemistry (JSNAC). 参加費は日本核酸化学会年会費（正会員5,000円、学生会員1,000円）を含みます。
  • Student ID is required for student registration. 学生参加者は学生証提示が必要です。
  • Recommended students (by professors who will apply for JSNAC membership) are exempt from paying the annual fee (JPY1,000).
  • 指導教員（入会予定）の推薦を受けた学生の年会費(1,000円)は無料となります。

Method of payment / お支払い方法

Only credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Diners Club) payment is accepted for online registration from outside Japan.
海外からの事前参加登録のお支払はクレジットカード決済のみとなります。

国内からの事前参加登録で銀行振り込みをご希望の方は事務局（isnac2026@oist.jp）までお問い合わせください。

Cancellation policy / キャンセルポリシー

On or before October 16 (Fri), 2026: Full refund minus 1,000 JPY for administration fee.
2026年10月16日（金）まで： 運営利用費1,000円を差し引いて、全額ご返金致します。
On or after October 17 (Sat), 2026: No refunds will be issued.
2026年10月17日（土）以降は、全額キャンセル料がかかります。

Note ご注意：

  1. 1)　Only Japanese yen is accepted.
    お支払は日本円のみお引受けいたします。
  2. 2)　Online registration and payment are strongly preferred.
    当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限りオンライン事前登録をお願いします。
  3. 3)　Students must provide official student ID or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to isnac2026@oist.jp along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
    学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。
  4. 4)　Only cash is accepted for on-site registration.
    当日登録でのお支払は現金のみの取扱となります。
